Certain institutions or countries may require documents to be notarized for them to be considered valid. A Notary Public's stamp and signature add an extra layer of credibility and authenticity to documents.

• Witnessing and Certifying Execution of Documents: This involves verifying the identity of the person signing a document (such as a power of attorney or statutory declaration) and ensuring they signed it willingly. The Notary then adds a signature, seal, and inscription confirming their role as witness.

• Certifying True Copies: A Notary can create certified copies of original documents (such as passports, translated documents, or birth certificates). They will then add a signature, seal, and inscription to the copy.

Commissions of Oaths and Affidavits

Certain legal proceedings or applications may require sworn statements (affidavits) to be valid. A Commissioner verifies the identity of the person signing the affidavit, administers the oath or affirmation, and ensures the document is signed properly. We can help with both.

• Oath: A formal declaration made under oath, invoking a deity or a sense of honor, that a statement is true.

• Affidavit: A written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation before a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits.
